Dr. Erroll G. Southers is the Director of Transition and Research Deployment at the Department of Homeland Security National Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE) and is an adjunct professor of the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
He is also the Managing Director of Counterterrorism and Infrastructure Protection at TAL Global.
