In the first installment of TAL Global’s webinar series, the company’s CEO, Mr. Johnathan Tal, has described the challenges inherent to business and leisure travel and provided a set of common sense guidelines designed to help plan and execute trips in a way that will minimize exposure and vulnerability to a variety of physical and digital threats.
TAL Global just finished an eventful week in London, at the UK Security Expo 2017. Scores of conference and exhibition attendees visited our booth, had a chance to chat with our Team of Experts (we had four SMEs on hand, including the CEO, Mr. Johnatan Tal, our COO and Managing Director of Investigations, Mr. Oscar Villanueva, Dr. Erroll Southers, our Managing Director of Counter-Terrorism and Infrastructure Security, and Mr. Andy Davis , our Regional Director, Europe).
On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, Dr. Erroll Southers, TAL Global’s Managing Director for Counter-Terrorism and Infrastructure Protection, gave a keynote speech titled: “Protecting Cultural Property” at The International Arts & Antiquities Security Forum (IAASF). Earlier that day, Dr. Southers presented another keynote speech titled: “Homegrown Violent Extremism – Toward a New Understanding”. Dr. Erroll Southers, TAL Global’s Managing Director, Counter-Terrorism & Infrastructure Protection, wrote in USA Today, exploring the implication of this most recent tragic event on aviation security, as well as possible steps to mitigate the vulnerabilities exposed by this and other attacks.

CNN has just published an op-ed by Dr. Erroll Southers, TAL Global's managing director of Counterterrorism and Infrastructure Protection, where Dr. Southers sheds light on terrorists' "fatal attraction" to aviation, and on the ways to mitigate against this ever-present threat.
